At Xccelerate we are on a mission to transform the global workforce through tech enablement and training across key innovation areas, and we are looking for Community/Operation Manager that can successfully navigate the daily centre operations and administrative functions, maintaining the students and instructors' relationship in a positive and respectful manner, while educating potential customers on the benefits and need for our products and services.

Role Responsibilities

Maintain contact with our students to obtain their feedback regarding our courses and service quality; Build and establish good work relationship with students to facilitate increased revenue; Monitor contract details to notify students of pending expiration and help process renewal; Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness of our courses. Monitor students’ progress, & communicate with customers to retain a clear understanding of their needs, as well as to maintain good customer relationship Responsible for administrative functions, such as class scheduling, manpower planning, documentary work. Communicate with different teams for the company business development. Provide assistance to teachers when needed Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About you

Minimum 3 years Sales/Marketing/Education related work experience. Degree holder of Business/IT or relevant. Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus. Smart, passionate, you are a born communicator and networker. Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and the applications of Google. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable working within teams, but are also at home with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and organized. You will need to have a solid interest in Business Operation, Interpersonal Skills and Management to be successful in this role.
