About the Role

We are looking for a sales manager to grow the enterprise division. You will be a critical knot that helps to hold our network together as we scale and deepen our value verticals. You will work very closely with the operations and marketing team to achieve team goals and milestones. This is an excellent role for someone looking to grow with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive research to identify and reach out to prospects
  • Generate new business opportunities from inbound and especially outbound leads
  • Use a mixture of outreach methods including cold calls, emails and social media
  • Understand our offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects
  • Work closely with head of admissions to grow opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and objectives
  • Coordinate and attend external conferences and events
  • Stay up to date with changes and challenges in the tech education sector
  • General administration to support sales
  • Responsiveness and thorough follow-up with customers and prospects

Preferences & Qualification

  • BSc Degree or diploma
  • 2+ years business/sales development preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Cantonese
  • Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and achieving targets
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas
  • Strong phone presence, comfortable with high-volume, outbound cold calling
  • Hunter mentality, proactive and self-motivated
  • Genuine interest in a high-tech sales career
