He advised some of the largest money managers in Asia on their investments in Tech. Raised private capital and running point on tech IPOs.

Billy has extensive SPAC experience. He was on the team that distributed IPOA - Chamath's first SPAC whilst at CS as well part of the management team of Vistas Media (VMAC) SPAC, which bought Anghami, the Spotify of the Middle East for $280mln where he led all capital markets and company facing functions. He is currently advising 3 other large SPAC groups and 4 startups on how to navigate the SPAC and IPO landscape.
