Milko has almost 30 years of IT business experience, accumulated in both developed and emerging markets. He has experience in managing high growth, turnaround and M&A scenarios, building a global brand and have a proven track record of achieving profitable growth through effective team leadership in a global, multi-cultural environment. He has also frequently been the public speaker for his companies and been featured in media in both Mature and Emerging markets. He held senior positions at CA Technologies in the UK and for the longest time at Lenovo Group Ltd. in Paris and Hong Kong, where he served as both Senior Vice President (SVP) and a member of the Lenovo Executive Committee and President of Asia Pacific & Latin America and EMEA. Before this, he was SVP for the Mature Markets division of Lenovo, based in Paris. In this capacity he contributed to Lenovo becoming a leading PC company, including numerous quarters in which Lenovo was the fastest growing company in the industry. During Milko's tenure at Lenovo, he was also responsible for several large acquisitions such as Medion in Germany, NEC in Japan and CCE in Brazil. He has also served as a member of the Supervisory Board at Medion AG. Before joining Lenovo, Milko spent 16 years with IBM where he acted in several executive sales positions, including Vice President for Tivoli Systems for EMEA. Prior to IBM, he was employed by Accenture and held positions in London and Amsterdam. Milko hold a Masters in Business Administration from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and am currently based in the UK.
