就特別版球鞋而言，由於網上商店質素參差，消費者需要花大量時間和精力來做資料搜集，以避免購入假貨或天價球鞋。香港消費者一般缺乏誘因於網上商店購買特別版球鞋，並習慣於實體店購買。故此，網上銷售特別版球鞋具有極大的發展潛力。我組因而開發一個網上搜索平台「KICKY」，該平台讓消費者搜尋並透過比對，以最佳的價錢購買心儀的球鞋。此外，平台更運用夥伴評分系統來保證產品質素以及人工智能來為消費者推介合適的腳碼。

# Project description

Genesis Block was founded in 2012 to serve the needs of the mining industry. Our main focus on this project was to develop their free learning platform in order to guide users from beginning to end with a fluid learning journey. We aim to increase on-page time, engagement and course completion rate. In order to get insights as to how users that were new to the field prefered to learn and digest complicated content, we conducted interviews with new staff (interns) at Genesis Block to get their views on how they first started learning about crypto and what methods of learning worked for them.

時裝產業是世上主要的污染來源之一。許多主要品牌都承認服裝沒有性別之分。然而，由於香港對可持續性和男女通用的服裝不了解，因此Boundless的目標是提供沒有性別之分的服裝，打破時裝的性別定型觀念，並提高人們對服裝可持續性的認識，舉辦環保活動，以鼓勵環保生活方式。

LOGO⅃是一個圖像生成器，可即時生成無數的新標誌。標誌生成器基於DCGAN（Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network）構建。 DCGAN由兩個競爭模型組成：分辨器和生成器。 分辨器的功能是區分輸入的圖像的真偽；生成器則製作出有如人手設計般的標誌，以欺騙分辨器。只要有足夠的真實標誌作為訓練圖像，GAN就會不斷地學習，直到能夠一致地產生出好標誌為止。此外，用戶亦可以從創意庫中直接選擇自己喜歡的標誌使用。

DigiDoc專為處理文件的企業而設。有些企業可以將文檔、收據或其他實體文本，轉換為有組織的表格格式。而DigiDoc的一站式服務，有助簡化數據輸入的過程並減少手動的工作量，從而提高業務收益及效率。用戶只需輸入文件的圖像，即可通過我們的網頁將其轉換並下載為txt或csv格式。DigiDoc的第一步是為餐廳和外賣的菜單數碼化。然後慢慢過渡到其他實體文件，例如合約和申請表。我們已將模型放到Streamlit上，請試用一下！

MangoMap: 一個透過文字和圖片，以互動方式探索香港的社交平台。

這次新設計的主要目的是透過為Mox加入聯名戶口服務並輔以「Memo」功能，讓用戶能在Mox手機程式內與其伴侶或家人溝通。繼而通過有效的溝通來改善共同理財。新增的功能還包括帳單掃描，此功能讓用戶更精準及有效率地管理所有現金開支。這次新設計特別針對情侶或夫妻用戶，全面提升他們的支出管理體驗，更幫助他們改善財務規劃。

Mazen是一家歷史悠久的本地眼鏡製造商，產業鏈橫跨東南亞及東亞，擁有4000多名員工，主要業務為代工生產（OEM）。在COVID19的影響下，他們正研究改變業務模式，推出公司電子商務平台售賣自家產品。我們的目標是幫助Mazen建立自己的品牌形象，並設計能提供良好用戶體驗的創新方案，使其平台能脫穎而出。為了研究能從用戶的角度出發，我們進行了10次訪問和研究。

Dreamwriters is a self-publishing platform for young creative writers and artists. It helps children learn to read & write and foster their artistic expression. The deliverables for the team were to create an engaging gamification system that encourages different users to write stories and contribute artwork through a combination of competitions, challenges and rewards.

They are an Alternative Legal Services Company (ALSP), that is disrupting the traditional legal market by adopting a different and flexible business model centered around providing a platform to connect ‘freelance’ legal consultants with their customers.

AVI-8 is a fashion watch brand, the products were inspired by military aircraft. The main goal of this project is to redesign the product page and strap & accessory page. However, to enhance the new experience of the new design to the fullest and be more streamlined, we also redesigned the landing page and added a few new features to the website.

MealKit: 一個提供預先包裝新鮮食材和食譜套餐服務的網站。

# 作品簡介

iDECOR是為購買家具的用戶度身訂造的解決方案。用户只需通過推薦系統，就能無縫又簡單地在Streamlit購買家具 。該產品利用了兩種深度學習科技 -1）Facebook開發的Detectron2，可以檢測用戶上傳的圖像中的所有家具，以及2）VGG16， 它根據圖中的線索，幫助縮小相似物品的範圍，並將它們變成我們產品類別中的首5個家具產品，通過優化推薦系統來促成家具的銷售額。第一步，iDECOR可用於六種家具產品，而它將會擴展至更多品牌的應用程式介面。

「德事商務中心」是一間全球性的辦公室服務提供商。他們的網站不但充當著各個商務中心的信息樞紐，亦提供一些主要辦公室的虛擬實境。雖然網站與銷售人員同為「德事」提供了主要的客戶來源，但是「德事商務中心」的網站難以瀏覽，以致目前的跳出率約為62％。有見及此，我們希望能於是次項目中，透過重新設計該網站來改善其顧客的用戶體驗。此外，我們更以降低跳出率、增加銷售額和簡化用戶轉換過程為最終目標。
